Shipping policy

For India orders - All domestic orders are processed within 2 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage are, this may take between 10-12 working days. 

For International orders-we currently do not provide 

Order deliveries will be made between 10:00AM-6:00PM Monday-Saturday. Excluding public holidays 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and locations. We reserve the right to disable COD for certain orders or pin codes.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or phone numbers.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photo or video proof for verification.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery provided items are unused and in original condition.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
